KK Design provides customized design and web development services. All projects are subject to agreed-upon timelines and scopes.

Project Timelines
Timelines for project completion will be provided at the start of the project. Delays caused by client inaction or revision requests may result in adjustments to delivery times. If a project has been delayed for an extended period of time by no fault of KK, the project may be paused or archived. Payment for any and all utilized time is due upon receipt of an invoice for an archived project.

Revisions and Edits
Each contract states the number of revisions a project is to receive. Typically this is an initial layout and two rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Payment Terms
Payments are due based on the milestones outlined in the project contract. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to use the designs. KK Design retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Refund Policy

At KK Design, we strive to deliver quality services that meet your needs. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund may be requested.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered if the project has not yet reached completion and if there is a significant issue with the delivery or quality of services.

Deposit Refunds
Initial deposits are non-refundable once the project has begun, as they cover initial consultations and project setup costs.

Partial RefundsFor projects that are partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on the amount of work already delivered, and any outstanding payments for work completed must still be made.

Disputes
In case of any disputes, we encourage open communication to resolve the matter amicably.
